PERMISSION FOR ANY FUNCTION OR PROGRAMME

1. A class wishing to obtain special permission for functions, study tours, picnics, etc must submit in writing their petition to the Principal at least one school day in advance. A petitions must be signed by at least 3 (three) students who represent the class. An unsigned petition or petition not given in time is not approved. At least three teachers must sign and be present in the programme.
ii. Students who want to arrange any function outside the school campus using the name of the school must take permission from the proper authority.
